Why go through the trouble of changing the injectors? Just add an adjustable fuel pressure regulator like Torbjörn suggested and a bypass lin for occasional gasoline use or just lower the pressure on the regulator in that case and you are all set.

If you really want to make it perfect you can use an electromagnetic valve for LPG (autogas) installations in the bypass instead of a manual valve so you can choose between raised E85 pressure or standard petrol pressure with a switch on the dashboard.

With a second pump in series with the original than you can raise the presure to twice the orginal pressure which would be optimal for E85 (and better cold starting) but that is not absolutely neccesary for the ECU will adapt enough even if the pressure is only 4-5 bar.

as i wrote above in the beginning, adding an additional fuel pressure regulator or any other modifications like this will bring the car standing out of law.
to make any changes on the car which are not legal in Germany can cause big problems like loss of insurance, penalty and/or loss of the driving license for a while.

even the build in of a flextek is not really legal, but also not really illegal....

so my way is driving with E50, blended from E85 and gasoline, until i could get a cheap and legal solution
