Nice that you are promoting ethanol conversions in "diesel-land"!
Didn't find anything particular BS.
But it would be nice if we once and for all could decide over if replacement of emission-affecting spare parts (let's say another adjustable fuel pressure regulator for instance) are allowed at all in Germany from a legal point of view. (even if many probably would get away with hiding such modifications if possible..)
In Sweden we can switch to a non-OEM catalyst without problems at "bilprovningen" for instance.
Everything can be switch if just the part are of equal or better quality and function as the original part. In Sweden this is intrepreted by the emissions test of an approved level.
